The full-paper submission deadline is 1 January 2027. Review policies and proceedings information are maintained on this website.
Proceedings publication. The ICASA 2027 proceedings will be published in Lecture Notes of the Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering (LNICST) by Springer Nature. The LNICST book series is indexed in Scopus. Publication and subsequent indexing of an individual paper remain subject to peer review, author registration, presentation, publisher requirements and the policies of the indexing service.

Requirements
Manuscripts must follow the Springer Nature proceedings instructions. Authors should check the formatting requirements carefully before submitting a paper.
- Full papers must contain at least 6 pages and must not exceed 10 pages. Additional-page charges apply beyond 6 pages.
- Papers must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original, not previously published and not under review elsewhere.
- The manuscript must fit at least one official ICASA 2027 conference track.
- Use the official Springer Nature proceedings template and submit the review manuscript as a PDF with all fonts embedded.
- Enter the title, abstract, author names, affiliations, email addresses and topics accurately in Microsoft CMT.

Authors create or use a Microsoft CMT account, enter the paper metadata and author list, select suitable topics, upload the manuscript and retain the paper ID for later revisions.
